To ensure trouble-free after-sales service, Nacco’s centrally located and multilingual Customer Service team keeps close relations with customers and repair shops to reduce out of service time to a strict minimum.

The fleet is maintained in accordance with dangerous goods standards and railroad regulations, in certified workshops as near as possible to the customer’s operations. Nacco’s Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program is implemented whenever feasible to repair and maintain cars on site to avoid car withdrawal and costly downtime.
